Since I finally realized two things, I have decided to change this site's purpose and aim:
  • First, I noticed that almost no one comments or gives me feedback, most likely because my page is boring and has little content.
  • Second, I acknowledged that following through with the original Statement of Purpose would require a great deal of time, calm, and energy, which I do not have at my disposal or am simply to lazy to wholeheartedly attempt.
As the new site title suggests, this page will now become a simple, albeit interesting and active blog. I will set a new personal goal of posting once a week, no matter how desolate my tiny corner of the blogosphere may seem or continue to be.
Some of the new content I am considering includes scientific, environmental and developmental (Perú, mostly) news, US and Peruvian politics, and my own personal opinions on music recording sales and the current state of that and the music cerification industry. In the last few repects, I suggest you visit

As always, I am open to suggestions and feedback.

Since I have just discovered how wonderful online radio can be, I will now post a couple of links to my favorite radio stations to see what you guys (yes, I know no one reads this) think of them, or just to promote what I believe are decent stations.//Como acabo de descubrir lo maravilloso que puede ser la radio en línea, voy a postear unos cuantos links de mis radios favoritas para ver que piensan de ellas (ya sé que nadie lee esto) o simplemente para promover lo que yo considero radios decentes.

I´d like to announce that the blog will temporarily (maybe permanently) be hosting my new, currently non-existing podcast for a computer class project.

Just to let all you -2 or so readers know, I will be moving to Lima, Peru on May 8 in the wee hours of the night with only ONE, yes ONE 50-pound suitcase, a 40-pound carry-on bag and my laptop.

So that's how it is. If I do not do anything, none of the oh, what 1.7 BILLION Internet users do not do anything here, either. This must be one of the least-successful blogs based on a (nearly) philosophical idea. Oh well. I shall hope for the best.

Ooh! "Beat 360" on CNN with Anderson Cooper just mentioned "Don't You Want Me" and Madonna; also wondering whatever happened to Billy Idol. I never thought I'd see or hear 80s music, especially songs and artists I like mentioned on a channel like CNN! Wow. (11:11 pm)

If any of you are interested in music, visit these two links: http://apps.facebook.com/ilike/songs_ilike?uid=1106722903 and http://www.youtube.com/user/MauLu96?feature=mhw5 and make what you will of my bizarre music tastes.

Well, basically I made this website out of envy for KR's  http://theunitedgamers.weebly.com/; I wanted to have a website of my own.

To begin, KPPP stands for Knowingly Pointless Pursuit of Perfection, a phrase/motto I came up with myself. I do not mean to take it too seriously or apply it to everything, I just use it to help try to improve the world, especially the (supposedly)  unimportant details no one cares about. I know this sounds: stupid, pointless, childish, going nowhere or a whim, but before you leave, remember KPPP only exists to make people's lives better, albeit in an unorthodox way, and encourages creativity in the process. Many people might think this is (see adjectives above) and boring, but ask yourselves: IF YOU DON'T CARE, WHY DID YOU BOTHER READING THIS THROUGH? Finally, to my friends, by now you probably already know that this could only have come from:
